Medical Direction:
- Initial Prescription.

Option 1: AED Standard Service Agreement:
- Semi-Annual physical inspection of AED.
- Program management and oversight.

Option 4: AED Self –Service Maintenance
- Email sent to the AED site coordinator when routine maintenance is needed.
- Phone calls to the company if the emails are not answered by the site coordinator.
- Annual review of AED training program compliance.
- Annual review of policies and protocols of companies PAD program if requested.
